Privacy policy

This page describes how we count visits to this website. The website has no forms and does not ask you for any data.

Data controller

ofeo sp. z o.o., ul. Puszkarska 7M, 30-644 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001267852, NIP 6793376417.

For anything about your personal data, write to michal.swat@ofeo.pl.

Visit statistics

We count visits to know how many people find us, where they come from and which buttons they use. For this we use PostHog, which stores data on servers in the European Union (in Frankfurt).

On every visit, the browser sends PostHog the address of the page, the address of the page you came from, the type of device, operating system and browser, the browser language and time zone, the screen size, how long you stay on the page and how far you scroll it, and information about clicks on links or buttons.

The measurement uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To tell one visit from another, PostHog computes a hash from the IP address and browser data, with a key that changes every day, and does not store the IP address itself. The next day the same browser counts as a new one, so no history of your visits is built up. We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.

The basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): we want to know whether the website reaches its audience. We keep the statistics for no longer than 12 months. You can block the measurement in your browser, for example with an extension that blocks analytics scripts. The website then works just the same.

Who else has access

Our hosting provider and PostHog, which process the data only on our behalf. We do not sell the data or pass it on to other companies.

PostHog is a US company. It stores the statistics in the European Union, but may also access them from the USA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. We will send you a copy of these safeguards if you ask at the address above.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to have it rectified, erased or restricted. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commission in the UK or with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies at all, including those needed for it to work, and stores nothing on your device.
